职位描述:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
HR
Responsible for giving overall daily guidance to the areas of HR by working closely with the HR site representative in carrying out the HR tasks and initiatives.
Assisting HR with complaints and reviewing applications/resumes for open positions in their location.
Ensuring a safe work environment for their team by working closely with HR to prevent instances of workplace harassment and other situations.
Set up and lead meetings to discuss any new policies and procedures.
This position will also work closely with the Director of HR at BYD for direction and guidance as needed.
Responsible for ensuring that the office is running smoothly in regard to the productivity and functionality of the team.
Working closely with the operational managers to make sure they are supporting the needs of the business.
IT
Responsible for ensuring the IT environment is secure and contributes to the efficient operations of the business.
Works closely the Director of IT (BYD) to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ensures all investments in IT equipment and services are properly approved and comply with BYD standards.
Ensure procedures are in place to efficiently and timely add or remove users as required by the HR department.
Finance
Oversees all finance functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger maintenance.
Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of the financial results of the Chinese operations in accordance with BYD accounting policies.
Ensures compliance with all local financial reporting requirements.
Ensures all assets of the company are properly secured
Prepares the annual budget and monthly reforecasts and provides commentary On reasons for variances.
General
Meeting with department heads as needed when issues arise to ensure a smooth solution.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AS REQUESTED:
Manage agendas and travel plans and appointments for upper management and/or visitors or clients.
Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
Working with HR and at times counseling employees struggling in their roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
